Characteristics

Excellent chemical resistance, not corroded by acids, alkalis, strong oxidants, and halogens at room temperature. High impact strength, abrasion resistance, creep resistance, high mechanical strength, and good toughness. Excellent heat resistance, non-flammable, with a long-term use temperature range of -40 to 120°C, and high dielectric strength. Outstanding weatherability, ozone resistance, UV resistance, and nuclear radiation resistance.

Applications

Currently, PVDF piping materials are used for the transportation of high-purity water and ultrapure water. PVDF pipes have found wide application in the microelectronics industry. They are mainly used for the transportation of corrosive media in areas such as waste acid recovery and recycling in the metallurgical industry.
